SPOTLIGHT VOLUNTEER FOR THE MONTH OF MAY 2006. Avery Fertal who is one of our junior volunteers, has been with 
TGMR for over a year. She can be seen doing a little bit of everything--
feeding the turkeys, taking Rocky and Kayla for a walk, driving Cecely 
in the cart, and grooming the horses. A hard worker with a deep love for 
all the animals and a friendly smile, she is always ready to lend a hand. 
Avery is generous with her time and willing to learn new skills at 
The Gress Mountain Ranch to help the rescue animals. She is joined 
in her efforts by her grandmother, Margaret and other family members. 
This spring, watch for Avery to drive double two donkeys as part of 
their weight-reduction and stay in shape exercises. Keep up the good 
work, Avery, we are happy to have you with us. KG & BG
