SPOTLIGHT VOLUNTEER FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE 2007.

Meet our Volunteer Christine Condon. Christine, has been hard at work, from the moment she came to the ranch.  She has an inflamed tendon on the right hand, but that doesn't stop Christine from giving Pearl & LeRoy Piggy, two therapy piggies at the ranch, their massage and lotion treatment! Way to Go, Christine!  BG & KG (2 more photos follow)

Christine is grooming the Jo Jo, the donkey, even with her inflamed ligament. Christine, has been very generous with a great supply of Pepto Bismol for Elle, apples, carrots, crackers, bread, and Vitamin C.  Christine is also developing a new pamphlet to promote the animals at The Gress Mountain Ranch.   Christine, and her friend, Judy, are searching and exploring, places to obtain more of Sundance's, Elle, and Kayla's medication, as well as local orchards, and stores for the animal's fruits & vegetables!  Christine has also, volunteered her time weekly of 3-4 hours, and even more for upcoming events!  Christine, you are truly, "an angel for the animals".  Your warm smile, kind and generous spirit is contagious for others, who want to help us with our mission of helping these animals! We are blessed with having you, at the ranch for the animals and their environment!

Here is another great photo of Christine, learning to work with yet another type of animals.  Christine's gentle and patient ability to related to the animals, helps The Gress Mountain Ranch's animals, relax and gives Christine's first hand information on "working" with the animals.  In this photo, Teagan and Forrest, get a crash course on working on the lead line.
