SPECIAL VALENTINE VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT FEB. 2009

DARREN STILL

Darren is pictured here is Miss Ellie, our retired plow horse;, Darren feeds everyone individually, and with great attention, so the animals are truly, "spoiled", and like it alot!

Not a day goes by, that Darren Still does not think about the horses or the other animals at The Gress Mountain Ranch. Darren has been very generous with donating apples, carrots, applesauce, and horse grain and treats. Darren has been TGMR's "handyman", and he has built some very nice stall doors for both Ellie and Sundance's stalls. Darren, has done several projects of improving and enhancing the building structures for the animals.
Allot of "home improvement" has occurred, "thanks" to Darren, who showers the animals, with "love, caring, and "TLC", but spoils them tremendously, especially all the equines.....Darren, has been a great role model for his two sons, Jared and Casey, "giving back" to the community by helping with his time, his efforts of building and restoring barn structures, and his "attention" to the animals.
We are very grateful to Darren, for his Big Heart, for all the animals. BG & KG

Darren, is the icy cold, windy, snowy, winter weather, putting steel trips, on the barn, to preserve it from the roughed" biting...Darren, always has his tools in his hands, ready to fix, replace, or renew the barn structures with Darren's smart ideas! Thank you, so much, Darren for being our "handyman!"

Darren Still, getting allot of "goat" attention from Rascal, (black goat) and Randy, (brown goat). Even the goats, know that Darren, is the keeper of the "food and treat" department, and "love" Darren to pieces!
